We have converted these to feet and inches as follows:

GR. 3: 160/170 - 100 (to fit 5'3" - 5'7" height, 40" chest)
GR. 5: 170/180 - 90 (to fit 5'7" - 5'11" height, 36" chest)
GR. 6: 170/180 - 95 (to fit 5'7" - 5'11" height, 38" chest)
GR. 7: 170/180 - 100 (to fit 5'7" - 5'11" height, 40" chest)
GR. 10: 180/190 - 90 (to fit 5'11" - 6'3" height, 36" chest)
